He stresses that the best candidates "need to look intentionally incomplete on their resumes" to be set apart from the rest of the pack.

Understanding that businesses are becoming more efficient through technology and knowing what your talent is may lead you to a fulfilling career in IT. There might even be opportunities for those artistic individuals who despise capitalism and a technology-oriented economy. By learning Flash, a multimedia platform used to add animation, video and interactivity to Web pages, designers can create a new type of art that will define how users interact with businesses and other organizations through the internet. It is up to them to create a better world via the web.

Although learning new languages and committing to continuous training might be tedious, job seekers must try to keep things in perspective.
