There are many medications that can be used to treat bacterial vaginosis. Usually, doctors prescribe antibiotics such as clindamycin, metronidazole, flagly and tinidazole pills. These drugs are very effective in treating the infection. The doctor may also add a recommendation for the use of highly qualitative metrogel and cleocin which can be a gel or cream to be applied to the vagina.

The instructions of the doctor must be followed in terms especially when taking medications or applying vaginal cream. He will have to check your condition again. And after finishing all necessary medications, you should visit his clinic to check the changes or if there are other tests to be taken if the condition of the vagina has not yet improved.
