Far more direct method in removing the growth is done either through freezing the genital warts using liquid nitrogen or burning them using electro desiccation. These would normally be enough to take care of the smaller growth but for larger masses that genital wart medication can't handle, then the only route to tread would be in laser surgery. This is relatively painless albeit at a premium cost.

Seeking genital wart treatment might be quite a difficult thing to do for most people, and the danger lie in that your inaction might just exacerbate the growth. Genital warts on their own might not be dangerous but you do need to consider the infection on two counts: one, in the fact that it is a highly contagious sexually transmitted infection and, two, how having all the masses of fleshy growth would impact on your sex life. It's helpful that you should keep to as few sexual partners as possible, but if you can't do opt for genital wart medication every so often and wear a condom when possible.
