However, there are actually quite a few easy techniques that anyone can do in order to increase their resting metabolic rate and drop stored fat faster than they expected.

Because when you work to improve your resting metabolic rate, you can burn so many more calories during your downtime without having to spend every night at the gym.


Here are a few very effective tips that I personally use to streamline my weight loss efforts:

1. Consume More Protein

One of the main problems with conventional diets is that people tend to cut out too much protein. Try to keep it replenished with good servings of lean meat throughout the day.

Protein not only helps to suppress your appetite, but it also maintains toned muscles that require more calories for upkeep. It's a win-win situation.

2. Have A Salad Before Your Meal

Try to make a habit of consuming either a salad or other green vegetables as the first course of a meal.

Studies have shown that eating a salad acts as an appetite suppressant that causes one to consume less calories and therefore, helps in tricking your metabolism.

3. Don't Have Carbs Before Bed

When you have carbohydrates before bedtime, you're actually creating work for your body that it can't handle.

Eating carbs late causes an insulin spike that makes your body create more fat and have a more difficult time burning it.

Don't attempt to eat late at night unless you've undergone a 12-hour fast throughout the day. When you go through a 12 hour fast, your body is actually much more prepared to turn food into muscle.

4. Drink Plenty Of Water

Your metabolism can't work at full force unless you're properly hydrated. Natural dehydration sets in over night so make sure you have a glass when you wake up in the morning.

Try to stay away from drinks with caffeine as they tend to drain your supply of water.

These tips seem pretty easy, right? Well, they're actually quite effective at tricking your metabolism and creating rapid weight loss.

Just try a couple of them for yourself and take note of how quickly you begin to see results.
