Additionally, this procedure removes excess skin, so you will not have the extra skin necessary to stretch out when you gain weight. This could result in issues, such as excessive stretch marks. To avoid these problems, only get this operation when you are sure that you are done having kids, and do not plan to lose or gain a lot of weight in the future.

Knowing what makes you a good candidate before you even meet with a surgeon can save you time. These tips may give you a head start before even considering the operation. Of course, you will only know for sure when you meet with a doctor to discuss your particular case.
