It's understandable that this anger is being directed inward,as your mind reels with the uncertaintites about your relationship, your spouse, and, yes, especially, misgivings about yourself.

Consumed by the grief and betrayal of your partner's infidelity You feel your existence iscompletely out of control.Eating away at your self-respect in the results of it's negative impact.

But if it accelerates to the point of making you sick, you've landed in the post infidelity danger zone. Out of control. With no power to leave.

Before that happens, if you sense, as you probably do, that it is starting to happen, you need to take massive action to regain control of your most precious asset - your mind!

To re-assume control of your life and eventually regain your self-respect. you must understand and apply these three steps:

1.Assume responsibility for your conduct. Even though you were'nt responsible for the affair, you are answerable for your life. Logically it will be difficult. It's only natural you will possess doubts and misgivings.

But it is your inner force that must be recovered if you're to go forward curing yourself. If you can accomplish this, then you're halfway down the road to regaining your bond.

2.It may not be enjoyable.Without a doubt won't be easy. But it's absolutely necessary. Yesterday, no matter how current and/or agonizing is gone. It's a memory.

Therefore, if you want to make progress, you have no choice but to deal with your reality.
