I am not criticizing that traditional system, and most of the time I utilize the local MLS myself, but I am saying that it is not the most pro-active method when you're selling a home fast. Listing on the MLS can be effective, but only when the right people come along who are qualified for financing and who love your home.

Standing back from the whole situation, your own reasons for selling a home fast, and the age, location, and condition of your home, you will see a picture start to develop that helps you know what you need to do. Because there are so many homes on the market right now it is crucial to size up the assets of your property and consider how it fits in and also how it contrasts with other homes on the market at the present time sell a house.
