A major feature of the new advantages of the Yushan County is making a large-scale
upgrading of traditional industries to promote them to develop in a sustainable way. In addition to the upgrading of traditional industries, the Yushan County also encourages entrepreneurship and attracts investments from large corporations and groups, which then will promote some traditional industries like the bearing industry and cement industry to form a relatively complete industrial chain and achieve the fission effects of the industry cluster. Today, the county has become the only building materials industrial base in Jiangxi Province. Besides, it is also one important bearing production base in East China. Its bearing production accounts for 95% of that in the whole province, and the bearing product specifications occupy about a half of the world categories.
