This helped foster deeper and more meaningful customer-business relationships and encouraged a steady stream of loyal client base.

This kind of customer retention marketing disappeared because of the advent of big supermarkets that offer more goods, more stocks, and more variety. Loyalty today arises from a relationship that is not the same as the previous example. In order to have a loyal customer, the practice today is to attract them with the price. All strategies to make a business grow must primarily focus on strengthening the connection between you and the customers.
