Using Eft - Accepting Where Youre At

Something that I hear from a lot of people is how badly they want to change where they are right now

Heres the thingits great that youve identified you want to change something. That creates the a strong propulsion system.

What you need to do next, is figure out what you DO want insteadand focus on that.

The whole challenge with wanting to change something, is that it creates resistance. Wanting to change what is, creates inner turmoil and is simply counter-productive.

Think back to last time you really, really wanted to solve a problembut the solution evaded you. Then a little while later, while you were idly doing something else..BAM it hit you right?

You seewhat happens when youre in that state of resistanceof wanting to change what isthere is no space for you to receive inspiration and act from that state of inspired action.

Does that make sense? Simply allowing what is to becreates a space around the issuea sense of ease and effortlessnessthat leads to pleasurable, inspired and most importantly EFFECTIVE action.

So the real question ishow do you dissolve that resistance. Well, luckily for youyou live in an age where that tool has already been invented
