If you wish to have web hosting, you may want to consider a package that is self-hosted. These includes Movable Type, Textpattern and Wordpress.

Some hosting companies have made the process of installation easier, making it to possible complete the process through a few clicks from a browser-based control panel. Some self-hosted packages are available for free while others require a fee. This is dependant on the type of package and the purpose of the blog.
