Verizon Cell Phones and Active Lifestlyes: The Casio G'Zone by:Paul Wise

The newest addition to a small group of rugged phones available is Verizon Cell Phones Casio G'Zone

. This phone is perfect for those with an active lifestyle and to a lesser degree for those with butter fingers. It's nice to see that cell phones today have not altogether forgotten about the sporting and clumsy group of mobile phone users in the world.

Verizon Cell Phones Casio G'Zone operates in six modes; Earth compass, walking counter, Astro calendar, sunrise / sunset, tides and thermometer. These are all possible thanks to the phone's triple sensor technology. Whether the user is going on a camp out, a hike, hunting and fishing trip or a climbing expedition, it will almost always keep the user connected wireless regardless of time and place.

In addition to its above average connectivity the G'Zone can also handle the elements. It is resistant to water, dust, vibrations, salt, humidity, fog and solar radiation, altitude as well as high and low temperature proofing and resistance. It also has more basic features such as a camera with still flash, video capabilities with an LED light, stereo Bluetooth, VZ navigator features and push to talk capabilities. Yes, this phone can take a beating and still offer music at the end of the day and that's not too shabby.

What is wonderful about this phone is the simplicity of its purpose. It is meant to keep those adventurous people connected to the world they have otherwise said goodbye to. And it successfully does that by being able to handle the elements while staying connected to networks from a variety of remote locations. Sometimes it seems cell phones will lose focus and just cram a bunch of random stuff into a device without a purpose or a target market. There's no worry of that with the G'Zone. It has a clear cut purpose and delivers.

While the market for phones like the G'Zone will never be enornmous, nor will they be big time money makers, they are very reassuring for customers. Customers knowing they belong to a small niche and are still cared for goes a long way for a company. They are essentially making customers for life when a product like this is put on the market. And a guaranteed customer has to be as good as at least 2 customers that have no real reason to stay with a company. So keep the people happy, they'll return the favor.
