Im really not a great writer but I had to post a review of vertical jump training. Really good stuff.
If you want to get all of the information and skip my lame ass review, I would go ahead with it by clicking here
LIke I said I am no professional sports player and don't even really play sports. Its just one of those things. I was 6'3" in high school, played basketball and could not dunk. It was even worse because I was taller than all of the black kids and they were doing some crazy dunks on me.
Last year I started doing squats in the gym when someone told me that that would att 6" to my vertical jump...come to find out it made my legs bulky and stiff, and did not really add anything to my vertical.
Ok so now for a short review. This is an excellent informational product for anyone looking to add inches to your vertical jump. You will not be able to do this on your own without a professional vertical jump coach or someone who REALLY knows what they are doing. It is not all about strenght training, a lot of it is technique There are also other situations in which you will be leaping vertically: from a standstill and from a running start. Both of which require different training. I'm not going to give away too many more tips, not that I really gave away any but I will say the following. I am a real person and I live in Boca Raton, FL and I have added over 7 inches to my vertical jump. I am also 31 years old. BEAT THAT!!
