Now you can head over to Valldemosa where you can take a little time to explore the Royal Charter House of Jesus of Nazareth which was built sometime in the 14th century. One of the interesting points of this place is that sometime in the 18th century the government seized a lot of religious buildings and sold them to private individuals. Frederic Chopin and his lover, George Sand, bought the charter-house in 1838 and used it as a winter retreat.
