No matter what ever the reason of the disease is. The main problem is always linked up with the melanocytes cells. Our skin is consisting on some special cells whose task is to produce melanin cells in skin. These melanin cells further produce pigment substances in the skin. The pigment cells are present in skin in three different colors like the yellowish, whitish as well as in brownish color. When these cells amount becomes less in skin the skin acquires white spots or patches and thus becomes depigmented.
The judgment of the vitiligo is not an impossible task. A medical doctor just by seeing white spots/patches on skin can comprehend what the disease is? In the preliminary stage of the disease the white spots are very diminutive in size and imperfect to body parts.
