This has been shown to prevent collagen destruction. This prevents wrinkles, lines, and discoloration.
Stress is another factor when it comes to having bad skin. There are plenty of ways to work on cutting back on stress such as Yoga and other types of meditations. Whatever you find to be a stress reliever, do it more often. This helps your body, spirit, and your mind leading to a healthier look.
If you have acne, it is best to cut back on dairy. There are studies that have proven that those that have a high intake of dairy have increased chances of having acne. Cut back on your intake, but please do not forget that you do need calcium! There are alternative ways to get the calcium that you can look into.
Sleep deprivation also adds to complexion issues. We all need to have the proper amount of rest every night. By doing this, this gives your body time to heal with whatever issues it may have going on. Not only that, but you get to look well rested! No one likes carrying bags under their eyes!
Cut back on all that dries you out. Many beverages and even medications can be diuretics. Take the time to understand what you are putting in your body. If you do not actually need it, stop taking it. If you have to take it, look into some alternatives.
