Wanted: Bi-Winning Intern with Tigerblood

The search has begun for Charlie Sheen's social media marketing intern. According to the application, "The #TigerBloodIntern is expected to be proactive and monitor the day-to-day activities on the major social media platforms" (hashtags included). Celebrity gossip sites are ablaze as Team Sheen announced they are looking to increase the size of Sheen's Twitter followers to one million during the summer of 2011 with the help of the fearless intern, however, as of the date this article was written, Sheen already has 2,227,580 followers... But don't tell Sheen that, and don't panic about the low expectations - according to Sheen, "panicking is for armatures and morons." Apparently whomever the lucky hire is will get close interaction with the mind of Charlie Sheen on a regular basis, which would provide a truly, uh, memorable experience.

The global search is causing a bit of a stir on Twitter, celebrity news outlets, and large news corporations as the announcement is coming off the back of Sheen's recent termination from the ever-popular Two And A Half Men TV show. The program was half way into its eighth season this year before producers and stations decided to pull the plug. Sheen continued his downward spiral in the public eye when he appeared irate on a Good Morning America interview in late February. He talked of his drug addictions, showing no remorse for any wrongdoings, and was quick to pin blame for any of his actions onto others.

While a large mountain of negative press awaits the intern willing to climb aboard with Team Sheen, it seems he is willing to help make it a bit easier as Sheen has recently announced that he will be going on a humanitarian trip to Haiti with Sean Penn, a fitting comrade to help bandage his tarnished image.

Those interested in applying need look no further than a quick Google search for the proper application. It sits on a common internship website and the announcement for the hunt was made via Sheen's official twitter page. The intern hired should probably go into the summer prepared to deal with a pinch of over inflated ego, a dash of cynicism, and a massive amount of crazy.
