Ways To Cope With Stress

You are more likely to get anxiety attack and the symptoms is an serious response to the intense stress. Although you do not want to stir up anxiety attack, anxiety will leave you into depress.
The anxiety disorder does not just mean a case of nerves. It is estimated that nearly 19 million Americans have experience of the debilitating bouts of anxiety. It is the most common psychiatric condition in USA.
You experience the feeling. You are fine right now, when your sudden dies, and you find out you need a new roof.
Your anxiety attack is bad enough sometimes and you need to have medication. But if you can try to master some ways to control your stress, the result will be different. The followings may give you a help when anxiety hits you.
1. Rent a good comedy and watch it. Just laugh out loud. The act of laughter can stimulate endorphins that can help blow stress hormones out your system just like the way a thunderstorm can blow away hot.
2. Relax your whole body. Make you distract from the thoughts. Concentrate on who you want to be and how you want to feel.
8. Turn on the TV and watch the disaster news. It can help you put your thoughts into perspective and realize the world is large, and filled you with both triumph and disaster. When you put your challenges in world context, they will not seem great.
3. Avoid borrowing problems that happen in future. Many people will get into a circle of worrying about tomorrow problems. When you are worrying about tomorrow, ask yourself, "Is this thing I am certain can happen and is this something I can do anything about it at this moment?" If your answer to either of two questions is no, just tell yourself that you can revisit it later.
4. Simply feel your anxiety about 45 minutes. It takes for you to get used to it and for the anxiety to dissipate says Dr. Kase. The worst thing you could do is to manage to despite it since the anxious feeling tends to fight back if you defeat it.
5. Try to talk to yourself. Remind yourself that how you handle the same situation in the past, your strengths and how long you need to overcome it. Let you know that the anxiety is time-limited.
6. Go to the museum, see a film or take up some hobbies. Those who feel bored tend to take higher scores on tests which are prepared to measure levels of anxiety.
7. Write a journal of what let you anxious. Then go back to see those items when you feel calm and make a plan to cope with them.
If do not be the one member of the anxiety disorder, you can choose few to take up. Day after day you can confront stress and anxiety with a good attitude.
