We All Want Fast Weight Losing Tips!

When I was struggling to find fast weight losing tips a few years ago, I remember getting completely desperate to see results and I found that I fell into that "quick fix" trap that I keep seeing people falling into today. I tried every one of the fast weight losing tips I could find and I tried all the fat-burning pills ... all which promised the weight would come off immediately.

In my defense (if I have to defend myself), I didn't know at the time how dangerous these pills could have been ... at least as far as I know now. I just knew that everyone that wanted fast weight losing tips were taking these pills and the pills are being sold at the grocery store so they must be safe, right? Absolutely not!

Here was the problem (for me and many other women), we all want results and want it now! Not only are most of us (myself included), very impatient in many areas of our lives, but sometimes when we want to see the results instantly and don't we give up, only to see our weight stay the same or we see that we continue to gain.

What I am going to tell you now, is that fat burners and fast weight losing tips are not the answer. We all know deep down that the weight did not just appear on our bodies overnight, so that should tell us that it is not going to come off overnight.

I could go on and on and tell you all the dangers inherent in most of the pills ... potential heart attacks and heart damage, endocrine disorders, stroke, permanent damage to your metabolism ... but I think at this point people are aware of how dangerous these pills can be. We've all seen the unfortunate reports of people dying because of taking these pills and it's just awful.

I want to share with you some "safe" quick fixes to get your engine start burning fat. Yes, healthy eating and exercise are always the answer, but sometimes we need a little more to get the ball rolling.

Here are some strategies that anyone can use to safely accelerate your fat loss results:

1. Remove wheat and dairy products for two weeks or more. I know, I know ... we all love the wheat and dairy. But removing them from your diet for a couple weeks really does work. Most of the wheat and dairy products cause inflammation within the body (without even realizing it) making it very difficult, sometimes impossible to see even the slightest removal of the fat from your body. Grain products such as breads, cereals, crackers and pasta are the worst for keeping us from losing weight. Dairy products include milk and cheese. The eggs are ok, and in many cases, and butter is good.

2. To remove all the grains for two weeks or more. Good grief... sounds like we are getting a little carried away. I'm just telling you what works. If you need an incentive, how about that bikini, or the high school reunion that is just around the corner (not to mention the former boyfriend you might run into). Maybe you just want those extra pounds to come off fast. If this is the case, I highly recommend going to a "grain free" diet to reach the desired weight. NO, I am not saying the grains are unhealthy but I'm just saying that sometimes the fat loss is accelerated without them. Grains include rice, oatmeal, millet, quinoa and buckwheat. Just try it for a couple weeks and see what a difference it makes in your fast weight losing tips.

3. Add lemon to your water. The lemon is a wonderful detoxifier for the liver. And because the liver is your body 'fat burner', we always want it to do its job. Continue to be Squeaky clean, not only by eliminating processed foods and toxic substances, eating plan, but also giving them a good cleaning of fresh lemon juice. You can also add cayenne pepper to drink as well and that will help the bowel movement (if the food does not find a way out, weight loss is much slower).


4. Eat pieces of fruit, which is in another group of fantastic foods. And I have to say is in no way "bad", and you will see an increase in fat loss due to eating fruit for breakfast, mid-morning snacks and lunch, and then add vegetables to your mid-afternoon snack and dinner.

There are many tactics and strategies that you can try before resorting to something as dangerous as having a fat-burning supplement that doesn't work anyway. And when you stick to these fast weight losing tips you will see results. To do this for two weeks will have you in your bikini or at the high school reunion and you will be feeling and looking great. And your ex, well he might just be asking why he decided to break up with you when you look so great!
