More space translates to better airflow and better condition for everybody to think and react to the proposals at hand. If you are having one on one discussion, a small area will do, but for company meetings with numerous attendees, get a meeting space that is spacious and that has ample parking slots.

Audio video equipment is one gadget that should be present in any meeting space. It is essential for presentation purposes. As much as possible, equipment for video or audio teleconferencing should be present as well.

Expect the attendants of the meeting to bring their laptops or their smart phones. They will try to access the internet connection in the room so better be equipped with it.
