Canon 24-70mm lens was introduced by canon as a replacement of the earlier 28-70mm

We recommend to use this lens in events like weddings or shooting portraits because of if its high range of zoom in and out. It will deliver excellent results theres one drawback the lens is heavy and this might bring some negative effects to you as a photographer because you could get tired faster.
