It's something that everyone wants, but few people are actually able to have in their life
. There are so many demands in life, and people tend to get lost trying to pay the bills, and trying to stay healthy and keep their relationships going. At the end of the day, most people spend little to no time at all focusing on the things that are truely meaningful to them in their life. They neglect the things that will ultimately give them the most fullfillment and ultimate happiness in their life. Each day that is spent not following their dreams, shapes a path that is seemingly less significant and nullifying. It is vitally important in life to follow the things YOU really believe in and take actions everyday to making your vision a reality. Anything less is unacceptable, and is not going to make you fulfilled. So this action plan is for YOU, to compell you and drive you to ultimate happiness and success beyond your wildest expectations...
Do you have a vision? Do you have a thought somewhere deep down in your gut and in your mind of where you want to be in your life? Does is creep up on you from time to time and remind you that your life currently isn't the way it should be right now? I'm sure you get these feeling's that somehow something must change, and you can do much better than you're currently doing.
I want to let you in on an important fact that might interest you. Are you aware that the way we live our life is based on the programming of our mind? We have been conditioned a certain way throughout our early years of childhood and throughout repetitive patterns that we continue every day of our life. We our so unconscious to this fact, that we believe this is the only way the world is.
We have a "view" or "story" that we play out each day, based on our beliefs, values, perceptions of experiences. These things shapehow we live our life, and every single person has a different "story". Meaning there is no one way of living life. There is no real "right" or "wrong", "good" or "bad".
You see, we undergo experiences in our life, and we react emotionally to these experiences. For example, let's say you are stuck in a traffic jam. You are surrounded by traffic, and you are going to be late for work. Some people would react in frustration, anger and irritation. "What the hell is wrong with this city. The drivers here are so bad. Why can't they build more roads....I hate this....bla bla"
Then there are others..."Well, this might be a good opportunity for me to listen to an audiotape and hear that motivation cd I've been putting off for the last while.I will call my boss and explain that I am caught in traffic. If I am late, I did the best I could given my situation." Meanwhile you put in that CD and start feeling amazing listening to the motivational tips.
In the car next to you, the guy is yelling, cursing, slamming his hands on his steering wheel. In absolute frustration and anger over the situation.
Your "perception" and his "perception" ofthe circumstances you each face is entirely different. You have learned to control your state and he is totally out of control. The result is that you feel empowered, and you have chosen to respond proactively and positively. You will arrive at work feeling motivated, knowing that you did all you could to make it on time. If your boss gets mad, you couldn't have done anything more to make it there. You don't take his anger personally and you continue your day taking complete responsibility for your state. You end the day being productive at work, getting along great with your co-workers and you still have lots of energy by the end of the day.
He, on the otherhand. Has let the situation take control of him and he will likely have a horrible day, complaining to his co-workers, being in a moody and angry state. He will come home get mad at his wife and cause a whole bunch of other problems as a result of this one thing. He feels so horrible, so he grabs for a drink of vodka to "escape" from his situation. He blames how he feels on the people around him, and the "story" that he tells himself about the world.
Can you see how two people in the exact same situation have two entirely different "stories" or versions of the way things were that day.
The main point I'm trying to illustrate here is that you have the abiliity to decide and to choose EXACTLY how you want your life to be in any given moment of your life. What you must do is decide that you will take responsibility for yourself and live from the inside out. Instead of the outside in, where you let the outside world reflect your inner world.
You let the outside world reflect your inner world. Through subconscious reprogramming and state management you can PROFOUNDLY change what things mean in your life. If you have phobias, fears, addictions, limitations, things that have been holding you back your whole life, like not thinking you're healthy enough, fit enough, smart enough, good-looking.
These are all based on the way you associate your emotions to experiences in your life. For example, your parents may have taught you that boys or girls(depending on your gender) were a certain way, which caused you to shy away from them.
And when you met this person, it just so happened that he was the type of person that your parents warned you of. So you associated bad feelings towards "MEN" in general.
In reality this is not the case at all, it was a mere mis-association that you made as a child.
Anyways, this one experience affects how you live your "story" for the rest of your life. Just imagine, how many associations you've made about money, health, your looks, your intelligence, and everything else.
This is the beauty of subliminal reprogramming and other methods that wipe out all your false beliefs that disempower your and severely restrict you from accomplishing the things you really want in your life.
You know what the saddest part is. I am not lying when I say this. Unless you physically have something wrong with your nervous system, EVERYONE has so much genius and untapped potential in them, waiting to explode.
It's simply those false beliefs that block them from having anything they want with VERY LITTLE EFFORT!
HERE is some food for thought...They did an experiment a while back, and chained a baby Elephant to a tree. They kept this elephant chained to the tree for 5 YEARS! More importantly, the first 5 years of its life.
They removed the chain after 5 years, and guess what? The elephant never moved away from that tree for the rest of its life.
In the Elephants "story", it was strongly conditioned to believe it couldn't move away from that tree. A BIG HUGE ELEPHANT! Limited by it's own mind! So what does that tell you about the way YOU"VE been conditioned, and the limits that YOU place on yourself? I hope this inspires you to know that your life can be infinitely more than you ever imagined. Please do all you can to remove the chains that keep you shackled down, and prevent you from breaking free to unlimited success and limitless potential.
