Blushing is an art of expressing ones emotions of excitement through facial appearance be it for self-attention, embarrassment or shame. Blushing is commonly associated with certain other medical conditions and problems like fever, menopause, and rosacea. Medication used to treat diabetes and high cholesterol also triggers blushing whose action is similar to that of alcohol, hot or spicy foods, and rapid changes in temperature.
