3) Find someone new to focus your attention on yourself
. It's a novel idea for most men. An opportunity to focus all your attention on yourself (without feeling the least little bit of guilt for doing so). This is one of the few times in your life when self-indulgence might be the accepted course of action. Enjoy it while it lasts and do what you want, eat what you want, and leave the seat up all you want. Revel in it. But, avoid making this an "in your face" sort of act of defiance towards your ex wife or it will just bring her back into the picture and do more harm than good for your efforts to get over your cheating wife.
