There are many misconceptions by women about what men want from them. The typical stereotype is that men only care about sex and football. Research has shown that the modern man really is looking for love more often than not.
So what do men look for in a relationship?
* Physical attraction is important ladies. Many women gripe about men being shallow and only caring about looks. The truth is that women care what their man looks like too. Let's face it. There has to be physical attraction. This doesn't mean that men only want to date models, or barbie dolls. For the most part a guy wants a woman who takes pride in her appearance. Like women, men are proud of having an attractive partner.
* Men want a woman who has a sense of humor. They want someone who is socially compatible with them. This doesn't mean that you need to be a comedian ladies. It simply means that men desire women who have personalities similar to theirs.
* Men are interested in finding true love. Many women have a cold impassioned vibe about them that can really turn a guy off. Men like to love and be loved.
* Be supportive of your boyfriend or husband! Don't try to alter your man. Don't always give him a hard time about their behavior or choice in careers. Men act the way they do because it generally makes them happy. You know the saying "Happy Wife = Happy Life"? How about a happy husband? If it's not a serious problem leave it alone.
* Guys want commitment. Men want a girlfriend that they can connect with on many levels. They want a faithful, trustworthy woman.
