There aren't many couriers like that out there, but those that are make their success by building on a top notch reputation for excellence, and so they are willing to pay when they can't live up to that reputation. If you have a courier like this in your area, it may be worth doing business with them. There is a good chance that their regular rates might be slightly higher than that of some of their competitors, but they clearly have enough faith in their own service that you know that price is going to get you reliable service most of the time.
