Usually, the New Thought writers speak about the concept of the Law of Attraction

. The notion behind the Law of Attraction is that our thoughts also have the power to have an impact over our destinies or fate. Therefore, what it says is that we, by means of our thoughts also have the capability of attracting in our lives what we want. So, we have the power to erase off all the troubles and aggravation that we have in our life and attract our dreams to actual manifestation.

But, there is no scientific data or proof to prove the effectiveness of the Law of Attraction. Moreover, contrary to that this spiritual concept is against the scientific beliefs and the perception that is prevailing in the globe. Usually, the law is referred to as an illusion that creates a link between the self confidence of a person and the achievement and perception of the same. But it can be argued that science is yet to prove numerous phenomenons that are seen in the world.

With the release of the movie The Secret in the year 2006, the thought behind the Law of Attraction came into limelight. This movie was being produced by a famous Australian television writer by the name, Rhonda Byrne. Later on, in the year 2007, Mr. Byrne wrote a book on the movie and he even had the same title for the book. This book further popularized the idea of Law of Attraction.

The book as well as the movie gained popularity and became the part of many popular shows like from the show titled Saturday Night Live to The Oprah Winfrey Show in the United States of America. The year 2008, saw the popularity of another book which was written by Esther and Jerry Hick. The name of the book was Money and the Law of Attraction: Learning to Attract Health, Wealth & Happiness, which got listed in the New York Times Best Seller List in the same year.

Three steps: Ask, believe and receive forms the pillar of the Law of Attraction, as per the movie The Secret. Ask says that identify what it is that you want and ask the universe for the same. Believe means that you have to have complete faith that the desired object is already coming your way and then behave accordingly. The third step, receive says that in order to receive the object of your desire or fulfillment of your wish keep your arms open to embrace it.

Learning about the Law of Attraction comprises of knowing about the different techniques and tools that many people who practice this concept talk about. Through the movie The Secret, you can get to know about some the tools and techniques. But, with time the different techniques are getting upgraded and further developed. Besides, some more effective tools are coming into picture now. One such tool is Visualization.

If you want to instill the concept of Law of Attraction in your life and gain the fruits from it, then it would be sensible to go in for an uncomplicated and simple tool. Visualization is exactly such a tool. The things that we so badly want to achieve most often we tend to visualize them, but if we along with that, focus all our attention, emotion and energy to feel for it, visualization then, can become an effective tool for implementation of the Law of Attraction. Our feelings or emotions put in that extra effort for the realization of our wish.

The feelings or the emotions which flow while one visualizes himself already in possession of the object of his desire releases chemicals that creates positive energy around us which in turn tune in to the infinite energy of the universe attracting the event in question and thus realizing our wishes or thoughts. This very concept is of utmost importance and forms the core value of the Law of Attraction.
