What Is The Top Internet Marketing Strategy?

of what is the most used Internet marketing strategy is an interesting one. If you have been doing Internet marketing for awhile you probably already know what works best for you.

If you were to talk to 10 different Internet marketers you might get 10 different answers. Since I've been doing Internet marketing for over 10 years now I've tried almost everything under the sun and have settled into my own favorite Internet marketing strategies.

Here they are.

1. List building. I learned early on that everyone that comes to your website is going to leave and most of them do it fairly quickly.

My goal has always been to get as many names and email addresses as possible for future follow-up. Email marketing is a great way to maximize your advertising dollars.

2. SEO. You need to know what are the top keywords being searched for relating to the niche of your Internet business.

Market Samurai is an excellent tool for this. You can build very comprehensive keyword lists and know what are the best keywords to target to make more money and get more traffic.

3. Article marketing. I've been using this strategy successfully for several years now.

I personally like to use Submit Your Article and their patented Article Leverage tool. This is a good way to get unique versions of articles into article directories.

They also have a naked article feature where you can hyperlink keyword phrases in the body of the article and they will submit it to their blog network.This is a good way to use article marketing to create backlinks in other people's blogs.

4. Blogging. I admit I do like to blog in the make money and Internet marketing niche.

This is really one key to using blogging as an Internet marketing strategy. You can always hire an article writing service, but if you enjoy the niche, and don't mind writing, it can be fun to do.

One key is to develop backlinks by submitting your blog post using a service such as Only Wire. This will help increase your traffic, get backlinks, and serve as search engine bait.

I know many people like to do social networking with Facebook, Twitter, and, LinkIn. I personally have been not gotten into that much, but there's no doubt it's one of the most used Internet marketing strategies today.

The best advice I can give you is find one traffic generation strategy that appeals to you and become a professional at doing it. Once you've mastered one form of getting website visitors you can branch into a second.
