If everyone is alright and OK then the next thing you should do is survey the damage to the cars. If the accident is really bad you may want to call a police officer to help take the report. If the damage is not to bad the next step will be for you to exchange information with the other driver. This will be there name, phone number, insurance info as well as other things. You want to make sure you have all the info you need because you will most likely need it later on. After you get the other persons information and have left the scene of the accident and gotten home you will want to call your insurance company. You want to make sure that they get all the info you need and let them know about it just in case the damage to your car is really bad and need help repairing. A final thing to do if you are in a car accident and are still suffering from pain and can't do the things you could normally do before the accident is call an attorney.
