What To Do When You Are Single And Looking And Nothing Is Happening

It can be a pretty bad feeling to be single and looking and realizing that so far

, nothing seems to be happening that is going to change the fact that you are single. Of course, I am assuming that if you are single and looking, that what you really want to find is a lasting relationship. I think it would be fair to make that assumption, don't you think? Anyways, what do you do when you feel that way? How can you create a change so that you do feel like something is happening and that you are not going to be single forever? Well, if you are feeling that way, then pay close attention. You can make some pretty good changes and things can happen on the quick side if you are able to take on this challenge that you feel without feeling too apprehensive about it.

First of all, I would hope that you are able to be honest about just how much effort you have put into looking. I have had countless conversations with guys who say that they want to meet a woman they can date, yet also admit that they really don't go out to too many places to meet women. If you are not going to put in the effort, then you really can't expect to get the reward that you want. Like it or not, if you want to attract a woman, then you are going to have to push yourself to do a little more looking than you are doing right now.

Of course, some people do feel like they have put in a lot of effort and it still has not paid off. If that is the case, then what you may need to do is the exact opposite of what I just said. You may need to dial down your desire to meet someone, as you might be putting out the vibe that seems to scare women off and you really don't want to do that. It's easy to get desperate about wanting to meet someone, but that desperation will turn off women if they sense it coming from you. Women can sense that kind of thing very easily. There are countless lists of women's turn offs that you can find and every single one of them is going to mention desperation.

Finally, I would suggest that you might try something that you have not thought of before. You might want to try to use online dating as a way to meet someone. However, don't do what most guys do and throw up a profile and wait. That is about the most ridiculous thing that you can do. You have to market yourself in a sense. You have to start conversations with women, even when you are on online dating sites. You can't expect that women are going to be waiting for the moment that you sign up. Only in your dreams is that going to happen. Wouldn't be much better to get to experience that in reality and not just in your dreams? I bet you would choose reality if you could. And you can.
