Compound exercises, in contrast, focus on multiple muscles. In compound exercises, you dont focus on just one muscle rather you train several muscles of your body at the same time. So you can get the maximum out of the compound exercise.

Compound exercises are much more preferable than the isolation exercises because compound exercise works on your multiple muscles and joint groups at a single time which can save you a lot of time. With only 6-7 compound exercises, you can build up your whole body and you can get strength as well. Compound exercises build your whole body. They burn out extra calories in your body and make your heart pumping rate fast. They make you workout for a longer time without much muscle fatigue and give you more strength as well. Compound Exercises are difficult but the results they can provide you with, have no alternative.

To get the most out of your workout, you need to ensure that you take enough rest because too much workout can cause stress which in turn can cause injury. You should take enough rest to make certain that you dont get hurt because of severe hard-work So the best workout routine is the 3-day per week routine. This activity emphasizes on rest on non-consecutive days. During this routine, you work on every muscle 3 times a week with a rest of 1-2 days. You need to give your body recovery time after the workout to get it ready for the next workout. You need to work on all the muscles using some of the compound exercises listed above. Keep your training frequency small but intense. Your workout session should be of about 45-60 minutes.

The workout doesnt only give you the physical strength but it also builds up our mental strength too.
