The entire organs can be seen in a miniature form within this small human body. Whatever is visible or invisible in this huge universe is present within this tiny human body. All the special characteristics of earth can also be found in the human body.

Just as the planet earth attains energy and activities from the 2 Poles, so does the human body. We can correlate the two poles as the North Pole is similar to the center of the brain and the South Pole refers to the part near the genitals. The North Pole lies in the central point of the head called Sahasrar Chakra. Within it dwells divine energy and power. This is the area through which all body movements are controlled just as a puppeteer seated behind a curtain, controls the puppets with mere finger movements. It is also called the region of the soul etc.

The medical information available also states that the mind is the ruling device in the human body. Health information available makes it very clear and transparent that a human body is similar to that of a machine and works as per the instructions given to it. Today even modern scientists accept that there are extraordinary energy centers in the brain. According to the research studies conducted by the brain specialist, a pure intellect is controlled by different centers of the human brain. It is a production of a cooperative desire of all of them.

This is the region which creates a human character and nourishes it. The mental level is created by memory, analysis, synthesis, selectivity etc. It is that very sensitive spot which if undergoes ripening, can bring along improvement and advancement in one's inner personality. During deep analysis it is found that the brain has so many layers which not only help us to think but also creates our very own character. In this very smallest part "Brain" one can discover their personality, imagination power, ambitions, social behavior, experiences, sensations and many other important functions. It is wisely said that no medications or surgery can influence this area. It can be made possible only through sessions of Yoga, Meditation and concentration.

Many related health information states that the brain is filled with a special "Cerebra-spinal fluid." This fluid works as a nourishing and protecting agent to the various centers of the brain. From the standpoint of bodily design, this region is not merely made up of bones. Thus it categorizes the brain into various parts. These parts are called sulks. The cortex is partitioned lengthwise by the longitudinal fissure and breadth wise it is called central cortex. The crossing or point of union of both these corresponds to the Brahmarandhra of Indian Yogic scriptures. In front of this Brahmarandhra, lies the most mysterious gland in the upper region of the brain called the Pineal Gland. This Brahmarandhra is a very special doorway for the individual's bodily soul to establish a bond with the cosmic soul.

Thus, the brain functions and controls every body part and can be nourished only with the help of Meditation and exercise.
