Immediately after labiaplasty you will experience some bruising
, swelling, and soreness. You will need to wear a pad for a few days to a week to protect your clothing from any bleeding. General discomfort should resolve in about five to 10 days. Tampon use should be avoided for about 10 days. Some women can return to work in about two to four days, but strenuous activity must be avoided for two to three weeks. Sexual activities must be avoided for about six weeks to two months.
