What to do when breaking up? If you have been in a relationship and it has come to an end you can feel overwhelmed with anger, hurt raw emotions. You dont want this to get you down and you definetly dont want to remain friends with your ex.
What to do when breaking up is to get as far away from your ex as is humanly possible, if they were like an addiction to you than you had best find yourself another addiction that can absorb you and take up all your time and thought. Sure there is a chance that you will get back together with your ex and you can make ithappen but first of all what you want to do when breaking up is avoid all contact with them.
This can be hard to take and might take a while for you to adjust but speak to anybody about this and they will tell you that it is for the best. If you really love the person that you have just broke up with them you want o give them time to reconsider there options, then and only then they might understand and realise what it is that they have given away.
What to do when breaking up is find yourself a new hobbie, surround yourself with lots of close friends and family and most importantly keep your chin up and look forward.
