There was a time when everything I did turned up wrong
. I wished to help people but it turns out that the people whom I wished to help lose more. At first I thought it was mere coincidence but later on when such things kept on repeating I thought it was me who was causing such problem. Not only with others, most of the times such things happen to me too. I still remember that once after a hectic week at work I was on my way to Alibaug on my motor bike. After few minutes I noticed that both tires were flat. I just had crossed Panvel and was about to reach Karnala.
It was at that time when I couldnt find any other mode of transport. As luck would have it there was a heavy rainfall and I was standing near the bike completely drenched. After some moments there was a gentleman who offered me a lift. I made sure that I parked my bike along the road and accepted the lift. Hardly five minutes after I took the lift the car which I was in broke down. I just didnt believe my luck. We both managed to get the car to the road side and after some RND inside the bonnet we both felt that it couldnt be repaired by us. It was only after three hours we found another vehicle and he offered lift to the nearest garage. It happened the driver who offered us lift was completely drunk and was hardly concentrating on the road. We both decided to get down and look for help ourselves as we didnt want to be victim of drink and drive.
We asked him to stop the car and we told him that we saw a garage behind. He happily waved us good night and we were relieved to be out of the car. Till that time it was almost 5 o clock in the morning. We were still waiting for some lift and It was when we came across Panoramic water park and resort. We were starving and we thought we could get some help from the resort. Upon inquiry they told us that they have very few options as most of the chefs have gone for the day. We were happy with anything and they offered us rice and some good Veg dishes. It was very kind of them to let us munch in some of the food available. Till the time we finished our food it was seven and they even helped us by calling a mechanic at the spot. The mechanic first helped the guy with his car and later came to repair my bike which was hardly 2 km away from the car. To my surprise I couldnt my bike. There was no trace of the bike. I knew the bike was stolen but I just couldnt believe my luck. It was then I came to know that luck has left me forever. If it hadnt been Panoramic resort, I would have even starved to death.
