The expenses in planning the event is not considered as financial document, it is included in the planning management. It will serve as a list of expected expenses and sources of funds and revenue.
When it is time to choose your speaker, it is important that you find one that is appropriate with the theme of the conference. Make sure that the speaker is someone knowledgeable of the topic in the conference. Most event planner make a mistake in choosing the speaker, for most of them will choose someone popular, who do not have any knowledge of the topic at all.
It is also important that you are organized during the event itself, make use of signs and orient everyone on what they will do on the conference itself, so that everyone will not get disoriented.
