Why Are You Still Chasing After Your Ex Girlfriend?

It's not unusual for a guy to feel like he just has to win back a woman he has broken up with

. And because of that feeling that he "has" to get her back, it's also not unusual for a man to end up chasing after that woman, even when it is clear that the way that he is going about it is all wrong and that if he continues to try and pursue her that way - there is no chance that he is going to be able to get her back. If you really do want to be able to win back a woman you have broken up with, the last thing that you need to be doing is chasing after her.

What is a better approach for you?

The best place to start is to figure out why it is that you want her back in your life so badly. I totally get the idea that you might be missing her right now. And I also totally get the idea that you might feel like if you win her back, then you won't have to feel so badly about the way that things turned out. That's understandable, but let's assume that you are able to win her back - why is that so important to you?

Being able to answer that question is something that you really need to do. Otherwise, you might find that you are chasing after a woman that you don't really want to be with. I've seen it happen before. A guy will chase after an ex girlfriend because he wants his pain of losing her to go away. Then, when he does get her back - he finds that it is not all that it's cracked up to be.

You don't want to put yourself in that situation if you don't have to.

Instead, identify why it is that you really do want to have her back in your life. That way, you know that you aren't just trying to get her back for the sake of being able to say that you got her back. You'll be able to confidently know that you were able to do that because it is the right thing for you to do. Once you can identify why you want her back in your life, figuring out the HOW is not that hard at all. There are plenty of ways that you can go about doing this - you just have to be sure that it really is the right thing for you to do.
