Why Do So Many Network Marketers Fall Short?
When you consider the Network Marketing business model we see a system that has the makings to generate a lot of cash flow with relative ease
. Sure we will need to put some effort into it. Lots of networking companies out there offer fantastic products and an attractive payout plan that offer some genuine leverage. So why the massive failure rates and silly statistics like a retention rate of 15%?
I have had the opportunity over the last few months to speak with many folks in network marketing and people who have not made a success of it have all said it's because of a lack of training and support that they have failed. Most say that they simply didn't get any significant training other than 'go and talk to your friends and family' or 'just talk to as many people as you can about the business'
With the world as it is today these old fashioned methods don't really get the results we want, there are hundreds if not thousands of opportunities and there is always someone who wants us to sign up to something, so as a society we have become deaf to these worn out pitches. New networkers quickly discover that the old fashioned recruiting methods are not really that effective in building a massive team of folks in our business. I experienced all this in my early days as a MLM rookie.
I noticed my business really starting to explode when I started marketing online and combined it with my offline efforts, I found that they both complimented each other well. Learning the principles of attraction marketing as taught by the great legend Mike Dillard in my opinion is mandatory!. Since taking on this mindset and implementing his teachings I am totally geared for success, Mike Dillards attraction marketing techniques are an absolute must if you want to be a leader in this industry.
If you want to take your MLM to the next level then if you have not already, learn about internet marketing, theres no reason why you cannot master it, if you are willing to take action and do some work! It's important that you brand and market yourself and what you can offer your prospects. Offer value to people in the form of information and training, build up relationships with people through the social networking sites, by writing articles you become an authority that people will respect. These are effective methods to brand yourself.
By providing value and training to your prospects I can guarantee that you will attract more people to you than if you just market a replicated company website. Most people have seen those before and to be quite frank are probably fed up with them, there's goodness knows how many folks on the internet advertising links to a company website that purports to be the the only system that works
To attract more prospects to you, simply provide more value, people will be go in with your organisation wanting to know more about your business. Always remember people do business with people that they trust, its human nature. Your prospects are looking for a coach and mentor, you can become that leader if you will allow it to happen and are prepared to educate yourself. It's only the leaders that will be the top earners in this industry, make sure you are one of them and make sure that you are using a network marketing system that will recruit and coach your prospects in the most helpful way feasible!
