Way back when, women were already so conscious of putting something on their faces to look more appealing to everyone. Even, during the Renaissance Era, where women have to apply some charcoal to make their eyes more dramatic and appealing to men and to the other women.
For some reasons, women just wanted to look good. That is a fact. And, for that, all kinds of fruit, bark, flowers, oils and even shrubs and some spices were tried by women for hundreds of years just to look good and young looking.
Women would really like to pamper themselves with everything nice and good. Scents were created to satisfy womens whim to smell nice, fresh, seductive and alluring.
Soaps were produced for body cleansing and at the same time, making the skin softer, smoother and unblemished.
All kinds of hair preparations were done since ancient times to enhance the natural texture, grain, and health of hair. Different kinds of oils were poured and applied to retain its natural quality.
Women from all walks of life do make themselves pretty and for some ways beautiful. It is the women spirit. Women would just love to look good and smell good. It is a fact of life.
