Why I Want To Change Careers

I would like to change careers because I have been in the medical field for 29 years

, working in the operating room as a surgical technologists and I love it I get to help people without having to get to attached to the patient but as the years go by I realize that I need to look at different options for my future and my childs future and I know I need to look at furthering my education, but I also am a single mom who would like to find home typist jobs and be a mom. I would like to work out of my home and be able to go to school functions, etc. I would like to be able to take classes online and still be able to work at my present job and reach my goals but not have to sit in a classroom to be able to work at my own pace so I can take my courses late at night or early in the morning.

To be able to reach a certain goal in my life would be to my ultimate goal. I enjoy the medical field and I feel like my experience in the field would be an asset to my future. I feel that medical transcription jobs at home has the means to help me achieve my goals and dreams. I have been out of school for a long time and Im not sure where to begin and I feel that you are the answer to my prayers and will help me to reach that goal. But as a single mom my money is not where I can start as soon as I would like so I hope to be able to get money so that I do not have to wait to start but I can start soon. I do not get any child support so I pay for all my childs needs and health insurance and dental. My child just turned 11 and I have to say no a lot but hopefully in time she'll realize that there are more important things in life than money. SN:0TG9Y2ESY

The people we meet and the journey you travel brings lasting memories that you never forget. I hope to teach her that you can achieve your goals and dreams if you really want them. It may be a long journey but you keep your chin up and stay focused and you can reach it. My faith will help me thru and guide me thru, I hope you will consider me for your scholarships and I look forward to starting my new adventure with your school and the people I will come in contact with and I want to get started so I can finish and start my new career. My final statement is to be able to work from home or to have a job where I can have more flexible hours and be able to be a parent and to do things at school with my child.
