Air con in the UK? What on earth for? It might seem strange to use air conditioning

in our wet and chilly climate, but there are actually many benefits to installing it in your home.

Window units can also be used for homes, but are usually only installed in a couple of rooms, due to the fact that they can raise your energy bills much more than central heating will. People often choose this type of cooling since they are fairly cheap, and don't need very much maintenance.
