Why Wall Street does what it does
Why Wall Street does what it does
Why Wall Street does what it does
Well for one thing I'll tell you this much. Blind demonic greed raptures these men like the taste of a cool cigarette cunningly sooths the outer nostrils or like the touch of a fair innocent virgin a maiden if not setting her hands upon the first time. And in the process giving you a mentality of entitlement and a established presence over the block as king above all. I think it stems from the fact money is not just a means to ways, but the ultimateafrodisiac in personal, professional, and social situations as an immediate cure. So thought the treasury department as they learned a thing or two from the Wall Street boys, but in the end they don't have the charm nor charisma in trying to enact their epic fail stimulus bill which made appropriations towards the study of frog sex. Our federal government playing economist certainly did a wonderful job being a substitute teacher for the free marketeers and wall street goons right? No matter what the Hedge fund managers, brokers, market strategists, orCEO's tell you, there is a tale of good and evil to be seen in this financial meltdown. Even this sort ofrehtoric lambasting one of the former financial centers of the world has been alienated and forgotten by the American people as a pinnacle of Americas wealth.
But their not all bad guys in the least. Take for instance PeterSchiff of Euro Pacific Capital who endorses theMises institute of not bailing out investment bankers, doing whats best for the shareholders, and always devising a way to hold each other up in bad times rather than rely on the US treasury as a crutch. You know how the Democrats tried to use the term deregulation for their backlash against Republican opponents in the 2008 elections? Well the factor of deregulation they point is specifically the mortgage bubble of 2007 right? Well during the first year president Clinton was in office he enacted legislation in concert with Democratic senators to make a law prohibiting banks from denying customers loans on the basis of, nothing to put down, no credit score or history, and the factor of they may not even be employed. So banks forced with this legislation on their head which made them loose money, were forced in all actuality to give loans left and right to whoever demanded one, thus leading to a significant amount of the economies liquidity to be recalled by the bank in 07, only to find out that more than half of the entire country couldn't repay their loans. So how can either side be right in a matter such as this one? And from the enactment of this loan legislation enforced on banks in 94 and the major recall in 2007 its a considerably long time for interest to add up on top of that principal.
So where the this predicament end? Is there end in sight? Is this merely a never ending quagmire that will continue to impoverish and bankrupt innocent people you are conjured into enriching upper management in Wall Street firms and politicians in Washington? I don't think it's so much a case of tried up liquidity or some kind of physical source imperative for the economy. It's the experience of the worker, their motivation, their energy, and the demand inChinas wanting for goods and services is outweighing Americas by ten-folds. In this debacle we can't understand out of the hundreds of factors of how we got where we are, and the funny reality if that we ended up here due to the American peoples consent. Their indubitably imminent consent gave way for politicians to open up sectors of our economy in specifically manufacturing to unheard of countries that took after us in central banking, and from that printing to the sky their cheap currency could be bought off by our dollar giving us an edge of setting up factories due to exchange rates. In other words that because of our laziness in back-breaking tedious trades as opposed to getting use to procrastinating dead end customer service job, we exported manual labor in producing durable goods to undeveloped uneducated countries, that finally caught up to us in the first world.
A simple understanding of this is the general government textbook definition:
high imports+low exports=strong dollar
low imports+high exports=weak dollar, but in this case for the U.S. it's not possible for to happen for them due to their tariffs, trade zone restrictions on foreign companies, and regulations on the inflow of foreign capital is restricted to a certain amount. Hell who would want to invest in this nation if were rated having the highest corporate tax by Forbes magazine in the world!
Difference between Chinese and American worker.
American worker: Requires a minimum wage, insurance, Vacation time, liability coverage costs, and a pension or some kinda 401k plan. A survey conducted last in 1999 said that only 1% of Americans seriously put half of their income into a savings plan.
Chinese worker: Not concerned about benefits or days off and is only concerned about being paid as well as learning as much as they can in their trade. And due to the lack of foreign imports due to them being increasingly expensive, they put more than 50% of their income into a savings plan.
No I am not a Communist, not Chinese, and I'm not anti-American, I only state true facts about the present crisis we are in, in order to give proper direction Americans should think about turning to for politically stability and economic prosperity. Coming back to Wall Street, they have a considerable bearing on all these events that have transpired and worse events in the making that entail draconian regulations as well as consumer protectionism which limits the freedom of choice in what a consumer can purchase! Thank you Elizabeth Warren for spearheading that and being a pinnacle of liberation from the cronies who seek to defy our demands! What a joke. She got bought off in a back room as soon as she declared her position as a czar in a agency the president has not authority to even create. Government never plays by their own rules, not gods, humanities, some conventions, just take a look at the instances at Waco Texas and the Ruby Ridge incident.
