The first thing Id like to tell you is that lying is a natural way of escaping pain or gain approval, when we were kids, we lied to our parents in order to not be punished or simply to get them to love us more.

This situation is more accentuated with women, they have been trained all their lives to lie in order to get what they want.

It can be beneficial to them, but to you the man, its one of the worst things that she could say to you.

For example, she could tell you that she was with a friend, when in fact she was at the bakery shop having a big milkshake, this can seem like a little lie, but what if you spoke with her friend and she told you that she hasnt seen her in a week or more, youd then start to think of the worse and even think that she is cheating on you.

This is why you need to train the woman you are with to not lie to you and to avoid it once and for all.

The first thing to stop her from lying is to be highly careful.

I was once dating a girl, she was very nice, but she had the bad habit of always telling lies about herself, I knew this and I could tell from time to time that she was lying to me, after a short while, I started to know the patterns of lies in her speech, then whenever she would lie to me, Id immediately look at her and tell her that she was lying, I didnt excuse myself and I didnt say bad things to her, I just told her that I knew what she was doing and she better stop.

This will lead me to my next point, what to do when you find her lying?

Its simple, you dont punish her, you just look her in the eyes and tell her that she doesnt need to lie because you understand what shes going through and that you have total confidence in what she is saying to you.

The thing here is to make her lies sound like something totally happening by mistakes.

However, you should not say this every single time, what you need to do is make her understand that unless she stop, you are going to leave her.

Its very important that she understands that you are not playing with her and that you are serious with her about the issue of lying.

Then, whenever you see her lying, just look at her right in the eyes and stop her, if she doesnt stop this bad habit, then you better leave because its going to lead you to worse things in the future.
