. The vast majority of recreational swimmers that I see when I head to the pool for a workout tend to "just swim."

Just the other day I was talking with a woman who wanted to share my lane with me, and she said "Don't worry I just swim until I can't anymore" She had no plan of action or workout planned, and that just seemed crazy to me.
