Why do we live one life only: one death only?

Man lives one life only and dies only once. This is because we have one life to prove our belief in God, worship Him and serve Him only. It is because man shall be tested in his belief in God and tested in his deeds, whether good or bad. Then, according to man's own deeds and belief or disbelief in God, since there is no proof for or against the existence of God, man shall be either rewarded or punished in a life in the hereafter following resurrection and reckoning.

It is because of the truth is unveiled at the end of the world and revealed once and for all that we have one life and one death only.

Life and death are signs for another life, and only another life, after death. Repeated lives and deaths cannot be the case since man has the task of belief and disbelief in God as the creator of the universe.

It cannot be repeated for only once the truth can be hidden and revealed. The purpose of man's existence is to find out confronting the universe whether or no he would believe in a creator-cause and submit himself unto such creator. Man has one choice between belief and disbelief, so there cannot be two life-cycles of the same thing. At the end man is either rewarded for his belief or punished for his disbelief.

We cannot live twice or more times for there is nothing to uncover after the first life. Death ends temporarily everything. Then resurrection is obligatory to deal with those who believed in God or not. This life with all its good and evil is a first and final temptation and test trial for all humans. It is the transitory abode for proving oneself to be good or to be bad. Ultimate good is belief in the creator of the universe and all signs of life including mankind, ultimate evil is to disbelief in God and deny His existence.

The very meaning of a life-cycle, with life, maturity and tests and trials, confronting the world and having to choose between belief and disbelief in God, are but evidence for the resurrection and the Day of Judgment where every soul shall be held to account for its own deeds.

Thus reincarnation cannot be possible since humans are there to believe or disbelieve in God, to perform good deeds or perform bad ones. Humans remain as humans and cannot come back as cockroaches or flies or apes for that matter. They live once and die once and then return to be judged. There cannot be two judgments and two doomsdays for the truth of God's existence and the day of judgment, paradise and hell, shall be revealed only once.
