Will I Get Fat In College?

Well, I always thought I would get fat in college because I never really knew what

it would actually be like, and since I was always told that I would get fat, I got nervous. Then it finally happened, I went to college and im still going. But to tell the truth, nothing has happened to me at all, yet. I don't know if something's going to happen or not. I enjoy most of the college life, except for school and the work, it truly is stressful, and frustrating at times, but I somehow managed to get through it all and do the work. They always say, "time is money" and i just couldn't let that happen to me. I couldn't fail my classes just to waste my money! I took a multivitamin everyday to get the maximum nutrients for my body because as you know, or if you don't know, when your in college, you tend to not think about your health too often. I made sure I never missed taking my multivitamin because I never ate all that well, like my fruits or vegetables, but the multivitamin has concentrates of whole vegetables, greens and fruits. I still take it even today. I also made sure I got protein that i needed because that was another problem I had, not getting enough protein for my body, if I even did, since the bad eating habits and all. From what's happened so far in college, I don't know why some people say you'll get fat, they probably made it all up to scare you, or they were just jealous because they never went to college themselves, thats what I always thought. If your worried about getting fat in college, don't think about it too much, you'll probably end up getting in shape or loosing a few pounds, that happened to me, and I'm actually happy that i lost some weight, i don't know how it actually happened, but im satisfied. But my advice is to make sure you take a multivitamin everyday, it really helped me and the protein as well.
