Click/Press Start > Search/Run > Type Regedit > Now locate subkey: HLKM SYSTEMCurrentControlSet ControlSessionManagerMemoryManagement PrefetchParameters.

In the right, double-click EnablePrefetcher.

Change the value to 2 and click OK.
