In 2nd quarter of 20th century ,there was wave of Egalitarian & Feminist thinkers ,who instigated upon Women Empowerment in developing countries . Empowering a woman thorough education, equal social rights ,opportunity to harness skills and platform to prove individualism were spectra of this movement . Genesis of this idea came from our ancient eastern literature ,described about " Nari Shakti ( Woman Power) ,it is all about Woman gifted by many natural strengths by creator . Woman equips with power of patience and endurance , power of kindness and generosity, power compassion and peace, power of love and sacrifices and power of discipline and decision making etc.

Although she posses many virtues to be staunch pillar of family ,society or nation ,in real scenario she is completely underprivileged in developing countries and in few developed nations too .what are the reasons behind it ? We will unfold all possible scenario .

Male dominant society is prime cause of lack of woman empowerment . Woman always hold second position in family or at work place too. In this modern era when she proved her ability pertaining to skills and caliber with her male counterparts still she striving hard for equal opportunity.

Woman in various countries got right of education almost in 3 rd quarter of 20 th century though it began in late 19th century. Scarcity of resources axed on women's right of expression through education and knowledge . Women who witnessed achievement in research or science , educational and radical movement , constitutional or social powers were in small propitiate in entire population .

Progressiveness of any nation depends upon education and knowledge . Bourgeois classes should change their mindset about female child . Unless we don't unleash power hidden in her .our family will not grow and finally it will have strong repercussion on entire human race. Nari Shakti ( Woman Power) is existed in every woman provided by favorable conditions to let her bloom and tap this natural power to breathe into new era of enlighten , equality and rationalism .
