Your Own Slice Of Heaven, Clouds Included: Cheap Timeshares

Its vacation time, and youre stuck in the house with nowhere to go

. The children are restless, the dog has gone haywire, the significant other has had break down after break down. Thunderstorms are looming and you couldve sworn your parrot was muttering something about mutiny. Its time to get out and fast!

Luckily, theres a solution to those summer vacation blues. Or maybe youre more of a winter vacationer. Or perhaps spring or fall is your time to shine. No matter what your season, purchasing cheap timeshares gives you the ability to go to your own vacation spot for an allotted time that you get to pick and choose for your vacation.

But what are timeshares? What are cheap timeshares? How do you find a timeshare? Arent they expensive?

First, break down the name. Timeshare. When you purchase a timeshare, youre purchasing a house or cottage in a nice location for a certain time of year. During other seasons of the year, other people may have dibs on the location for certain weeks, months, activities, etc. This is part of the reason timeshares are so cheap. You arent footing the whole cost of the utilities and upkeep.

There are plenty of places to find cheap timeshares for sale. There are timeshares online, in the classified section of your newspaper, and at your local realtors office, potentially. Each place you can search has its own pros and cons. One of the best places to look is onlineyou dont have to travel anywhere or pay for the paper and there isnt as much pressure to buy as when you visit a realtor. (It isnt a bad thing that they try to convince you to buy. After all, its their job.)

After that, the rest is pretty simple. You simply pay a certain amount, and youre able to stay during your allotted week, two weeks, or more, depending on your timeshare. If you happen to have other plans in mind, you can talk with other co-owners and maybe ask to trade times in order to make things more convenient for you during that time. Its perfectly acceptable and doesnt make much of a difference if you decide to trade. As long as you both keep up your ends of the deal for the trade, and dont stay for longer than your regular allotted time, theres absolutely nothing wrong with it.

Keep in mind that just because cheap timeshares are cheap, doesnt mean theyre bad. It just means you have to share. Think of it like the pizza parties you used to have in grade school. Youd pay two, three, maybe five dollars for two or three slices of pizza. It wasnt half bad. You got more than youd get all on your own and everyone was happy. It was cheaper and better because everyone had the chance to pitch in and get something worthwhile for all parties involved.

Thats the concept between cheap timeshares and their owners. A little slice of heaven for everyone!
