The youth is referred as the future of a country, who has to take control and run the country, but , this education system adapted by our country is just producing machines instead of human beings, who just work like or upon which is fed in their minds and do not struggle or make an effort to use their capabilities and minds which God has given them to think and use. In today's educational system the children are considered as raw materials to be efficiently processed by the technical workers (the teachers) who are the only source of filling knowledge in the "empty" minds of the students. In the present educational system the students are "forced" to learn things and it implements a theory that learning is accelerated through positive or negative fortification, but in fact this theory was rejected in the psychology some 40 years back and a new theory replaced this theory which was based on motivation. Motivation can lead a student not only to excel in his major subjects in fact it compels him for the research and new inventions. Today educational system is totally depleted in Pakistan which over burdens the student and makes them learn each and every line of the book either important or unimportant. The papers contain the questions which are totally a repetition of the questions in the book without the figures even remaining unchanged. It just doesn't only destroys the capability of a student to use his mind but also makes him just earn the knowledge without any concept behind it. If we thoroughly analyze the books, we will find a long list of topics in each book which just provides surface knowledge to the students without any concepts and facts around the core to make students understand the topics conceptually. In the Cambridge and Ed excel Educational systems, the students are not compelled to learn the whole text books in fact they are provided with the whole list of topics which they have to study and motivated to learn and search for the material from their own related to it. The papers which are provided to the students of Cambridge and Ed excel Education system contains questions which test the students knowledge as well as concepts behind that knowledge. The progressive development and future of a state depends upon its education system. Education constructs a person and makes him capable of living and adapting moral values and ethics which differentiates him from an animal, but it is disappointedly a fact that the present day education system is just producing a mere flock of birds who fly back to their homes or either abroad without gaining anything due to which they can be differentiated from animals. The reason why developing countries are growing and making further progress is that they have an Educational System which provides the students not only with the lines and theories to learn but also probes them to research and completely understand them. Today, 95% students in Pakistan don't remember the basic phenomenon of physics or chemistry after graduating from high school, and the reason behind it that they just learnt the definitions for those phenomenon's that for the sake of giving paper instead of adapting the real concept behind the phenomenon. Our youth doesn't have the civic sense, which is basically taught during the development of a child, many of the people don't even know the meaning of civics.

Our whole Education system needs to be revised and it literally needs a revolution. At the starting level of the education, i.e. at Montessori and prep levels the little angles should be taught with the help of visuals instead of making them read and learn bundles and bundles of pages, since reading through them doesn't make them visual the thing. It is said that the thing learnt through visual media is retained more than that learnt through books.

The curriculum should be arranged in such a way that the students have to learn the minimum and burdens them less, so that instead of just stuffing things in their minds, they could also have enough time to understand the basic concept behind that thing.

There should be minimum qualification set for the teachers & only those teachers are to be hired to teach the students at all levels, especially at higher levels having the minimum qualification so that the students don't have to suffer at the hands of the teachers and go for the academies or extra guidance in the evening.

Urdu medium should be removed from today's education system and there should be just English medium throughout the Pakistan as in other countries of the world, so that there be uniformity and equality in education for all the students, whether they belong to a rich or a poor family.

Most of the Government Schools and Colleges are mere a place of leisure both for the students and especially the teachers, as in such schools, it is observed that instead of providing the education students are asked to give personal assistance from the teachers. The Education Commission should take some measures against such heinous activity.

It is a general observation as well as a fact that structures can be built by piling up the bricks without cement, or any binding force on the bases of similarity between each brick, but such a building soon collapse, similarly, if revolutions won't be brought up in our building of Education, soon it will collapse, causing great harm and destruction to the builders of this country.
